Most of our consultants started their business before knowing how to make jewelry. Jewelry making is a skill that is easily taught in hands-on training as well as from step-by-step instructions with pictures.
Currently, we train all of our consultants personally and offer on-line step-by-step training as well. Our consultants are trained using product the company provides. This product is used to show how to make at least one sample of everything offered at our parties.
The training is provided personally at times convenient for our new business owner (you) and her family. We simply compare schedules and pick a couple blocks of time together. We also have a password protected area that holds all of our training resources. With your kit, you get a complete picture/number/name inventory to help you become familiar with the 192 different types of beads and your sterling silver findings. It helps you in your reordering as well. This inventory comes with a step-by-step picture training manual that covers the techniques that our trainer will be teaching you.
