Hello, my name is Pamela Kuhfal. I live in Carleton, MI and hope to meet a lot of women in this area through Designed By You parties. I recently married and moved here with my husband. He grew up in Carleton.

I believe that women do not spend enough time enjoying hobbies or socializing with women they care about. Many of us have women in our lives and in our families who we admire and wish we spent more time with. I am offering women the chance to do just that. Jewelry making is fun, plain and simple. Try it, and you will see. It is so much fun; it may even get you hooked. If it does, I’ll gladly help you start up a business of your own in jewelry making. Actually, I look forward to it!

Bring an outfit to any party, and I will help you design earrings, a necklace and a bracelet that will complement it perfectly. Why stop there? We can even create a cell phone strap to match it too! Can you tell I love being able to customize my jewelry?

Hostess tips:

I love cats and own cats, so don’t worry about allergies. I am also a dog-lover.

I will arrive 30 minutes before the party to set everything up. If you choose to host a brunch or dinner before your jewelry making activity, please do not include me. I will just need to know an arrival time for my set-up.

Once you send your guest list to me, talk up your party before it happens. Get a feel for who is coming and who is not. Ask the women you think will enjoy it the most if they would consider hostessing a party of their own. At the party, simply let me know who you think will wish to hostess their own party, and I will share all hostess specials and incentives with them. I do also ask people as they cash out if they would like to have a party of their own. This way, we don’t miss anyone.

Snack Ideas:

A small selection of diet and regular pop is fine. Bottled water is popular too.

Fresh baked goods are always a winner. If you don’t have time for that, Costco has great frozen appetizers that you just pop into the oven before your guests start to arrive.
