Since starting with the company in Sept 2007 I have found Designed By You to be so supportive and helpful. They truly want us to grow with them. Being on the ground-floor of such an amazing company is so exciting. The beads are beautiful, lots of variety and I have never had any customer service issues that were not treated or corrected immediately. How many direct sales companies do you know that would fly their owner down personally to train you so they are trained correctly? That amazed me the most!
